In Proverbs 31 it talks about the aspects of a biblical woman. In verse 26, she is to speak wise things, when I read this I think of the words we say to our children or spouses being helpful not demeaning. It is important to speak life not death, by this I mean lift them up not tear them down. Be Kind!
